A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF A PERMIT FOR AN UPGRADE 200 AMP PANEL
TO 400 AMP MAIN PANEL
WHEREAS, Vaidyanathan Lalitha and Jackson Peter ("Owners") owns the property commonly known
as 13800 Barton Court, Los Altos Hills, California (175-25-058); and
WHEREAS, the building permits #BLD24-0573 for an upgrade of 200 -amp panel to 400 -amp main
panel on November 18, 2024, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on November 18, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time
Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for non-residential
projects with a valuation between $0 and $100,000 at twelve (12) months; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to
grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit #
BLD24-0573, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of January 2026, by the following vote:
AYES: BHATEJA, TYSON, MOK, SWAN, TANKHA

ABSENT: NONE
