A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF A NEW ADU- 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM, &
KITCHEN
WHEREAS, Sheth Siddharth C Trustee & Krishnamurthy Kalpana Trustee ("Owners") owns the
property commonly known as 13051 La Paloma Road, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 175-47-002);
and
WHEREAS, the building permit # BLD22-0415 for a new ADU- 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, & Kitchen
issued on June 29, 2023, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on December 29, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time
Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for new dwellings
and remodels with additions with a project valuation between $0 and $250,000 at eighteen (18) months;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to
grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit #
BLD22-0415, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of January 2026, by the following vote:
AYES: BHATEJA, TYSON, MOK, SWAN, TANKHA

ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
