A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF A PERMIT FOR SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION:
10 MODULES
WHEREAS, Jackson & Thalapaneni Family Trust ("Owners") owns the property commonly known as
23460 Camino Hermoso, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 336-37-014); and
WHEREAS, the building permits # BLD24-0602 for a pool and spa installation issued on November
26, 2024, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on November 26, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time
Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for non-residential
projects with a valuation between $0 and $100,000 at twelve (12) months; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to
grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit #
BLD24-0602, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of January 2026, by the following vote:
