A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF A 1250 SF REMODEL: KITCHEN, LIVING, AND
DINING ROOMS
WHEREAS, Alexander Geroge J and Katherine V Trustee ("Owners") owns the property commonly
known as 11600 Summit Wood Road, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 336-22-019); and
WHEREAS, the building permits # BLD24-0087 for 1250 SF Remodel: Kitchen, living, and dining
rooms issued on April 22, 2024, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on October 22, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time
Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for remodels without
additions with a project valuation between $100,001 and $250,000 at eighteen (18) months; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to
grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit #
BLD24-0087, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of January 2026, by the following vote:

ABSTAIN: NONE
