WHEREAS, Pantfoerder Achim ("Owners") owns the property commonly known as 26390
Anacapa Drive, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 175-44-038); and
WHEREAS, the building permits #BLD24-0439 for Deck Maintenance due to water intrusion were
issued on October 18, 2024, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on October 18, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time
Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for new dwellings
and remodels with additions with a project valuation between $0 and $250,000 at eighteen (18) months;
and
IWHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the
authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW_- THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Cit y__Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit #
BLD24-0439, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 9th day of December 2025 by the following vote:
AYES: TANKHA, BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TYSON
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
