Subject: Extension to Original Agreement Dated December 6, 2024 to Provide Cost Allocation
Plan and Development Services Fee Study
Dear Mr. Bradford,
NBS would like to thank you for the opportunity to continue providing the Cost Allocation Plan and
Development Services Fee Study for the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town"). This contract will extend
these services through September 30, 2026. The original contract amount not to exceed fifty-nine
thousand and nine hundred ninety-nine dollars and zero cents ($59,999) will remain the same. All
other provisions of the existing contract between the Town and NBS remain in effect. We look
forward to continuing our professional relationship.
