RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
REQUESTING THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR TO COLLECT ANY
DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES, WEST LOYOLA SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
CHARGES, AND FY27 SEWER SERVICE CHARGES FOR BOTH THE PALO ALTO AND
LOS ALTOS SEWER BASINS
WHEREAS, on May 25, 2022, the City Council set the annual sewer service charge for both the Palo
Alto and Los Altos Sewer Basins through the adoption of Resolution No. 59-22; and,
WHEREAS, the FY27 sewer tax roll schedule of charges, including assessor parcel numbers and the
amount to be collected, has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Tax Collector requires an adopted resolution of the City Council
prior to enrollment of the sewer service charges on the property tax bill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
approves the schedule of charges incorporated into this Resolution by reference as Attachment 2 to the
Staff Report for this Resolution, and requests the Santa Clara County Tax Collector to collect any
delinquent sewer charges, West Loyola Assessment District charges, and FY27 sewer service charges
for both the Palo Alto and Los Altos sewer basins.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of May 2026 by the following vote:
