A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE FY25/26 PAVEMENT
REHABILITATION AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT TO G. BORTOLOTTO
& COMPANY, INC. FOR AN AMOUNT OF $1,103,936
WHEREAS, staff, in open session, duly examine and consider all bids submitted to it for the
construction of the FY25/26 Pavement Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director recommends that the construction contract for said project be
awarded to the lowest responsive bidder, G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc., for the amount of $1,103,936.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that:
1. The construction contract for the FY25/26 Pavement Rehabilitation and Drainage
Improvement Project is awarded to G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc, the lowest responsive
bidder, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract for an
amount of $1,103,936 on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
2. Project contingency funds of $165,000 is approved for the project, and the Public Works
Director is authorized to approve potential contract change orders within the said funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the
emergency declaration for the Town Hall HVAC Repair/Replacement Project is now terminated in
accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 22050(c)(3).
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of March 2026 by the following vote:
