HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 18-26RESOLUTION 18-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF A PERMIT NEW RESIDENTIAL IN GROUND POOL AND SPA WHEREAS, Tomer Weingarten ("Owners") owns the property commonly known as 10311 Magdalena Road, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 336-39-013); and WHEREAS, the building permits #BLD23-0186 for new Residential in ground pool and spa were issued on June 5, 2023, with reasonable conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the permits expired on December 5, 2025, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for new dwellings and remodels with additions with a project valuation between $0 and $250,000 at eighteen (18) months; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit # BLD23-0186, subject to the originally adopted conditions. The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of March 2026 by the following vote: AYES: BHATEJA, MOK, SWAN, TANKHA NOES: NONE ABSTAIN: NONE ABSENT: TYSON ATTEST: Arika Birdsong -Miller, City Clerk BY: Rajiv Bhateja, Mayor RESOLUTION 18-26
