A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF A PERMIT 567 AND 331 SQUARE FOOT
ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, Setlur Govindaraj N & Harini G Trustee ("Owners") owns the property commonly known
as 14554 De Bell Road, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 175-04-013); and
WHEREAS, the building permits #BLD21-0491 for 567 and 331 square foot additions were issued on
June 22, 2022, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on June 22, 2024, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time Limits
Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for new dwellings and
remodels with additions with a project valuation between $250,001 to $500,000 at twenty-four (24)
months; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to
grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit #
BLD21-0491, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of March 2026 by the following vote:
