A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF A PERMIT NEW CABANA WITH BASEMENT
AND BUNKER STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, DD Stonebrook Drive LLC ("Owners") owns the property commonly known as 12355
Stonebrook Drive, Los Altos Hills, California (APN 336-28-003); and
WHEREAS, the building permits #BLD21-0371 for a new Cabana with basement and bunker structure
were issued on September 14, 2021, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permits expired on September 14, 2023, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time
Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for new dwellings
and remodels with additions with a project valuation of $1,000,001 and over at thirty-six (36) months;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the authority to
grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve on behalf of the Owners, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit #
BLD21-0371, subject to the originally adopted conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of March 2026 by the following vote:
