RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2025-26 OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted the 2025-26 Operating and Capital
Improvement Program Budget on June 20, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved midyear budget adjustments for revenues totaling $335,736 and
expenditures of $896,000;
WHEREAS, as detailed in the accompanying Staff Report and the 2025-26 mid -year financial update,
a budget adjustment is necessary to accomplish the Town's day-to-day operations and capital projects;
and
WHEREAS, the total impacts on Town funds are as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby resolve to amend the 2025-26 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of March 2026 by the following vote:
