HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 23-26RESOLUTION 23-26 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2025-26 OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills adopted the 2025-26 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget on June 20, 2025; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved midyear budget adjustments for revenues totaling $335,736 and expenditures of $896,000; WHEREAS, as detailed in the accompanying Staff Report and the 2025-26 mid -year financial update, a budget adjustment is necessary to accomplish the Town's day-to-day operations and capital projects; and WHEREAS, the total impacts on Town funds are as follows: Request Fund Revenue Expense Add funds for Redwood Public Law due to General Fund 63,000 higher usage and contract increases Add funds for litigation attorney for Builder's General Fund 200,000 Remedy case MEP Permit Refunds General Fund 498,000 Recognize $180k in SS4A grant funding from CIP / General Fund 180,000 2500 USDOT and increase CIP/GF from $20k to $45k for local matching funds required Defund and delete this project to be replaced CIP / General .Fund (210,000) with Town Hall and Council Chambers HVAC Add new CIP project for Town Hall and Facilities Replacement 220,000 Council Chambers HVAC Improvements Reserve funded from Facilities Replacement Reserve Recognize grant funding from Silicon Valley Vehicle & Equipment 155,736 Clean Energy Replacement Add funding for Housing Element due to CIP / General Fund 10000 additional consultant costs RESOLUTION 23-26 1' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby resolve to amend the 2025-26 Operating and Capital Improvement Program Budget.
