RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND CODY EINFALT
WHEREAS, following a recruitment process, the City Council has selected Cody Einfalt to serve as
the City Manager of the Town of Los Altos Hills; and
WHEREAS, the Town desires to enter into an employment agreement with Cody Einfalt, whereby
Cody Einfalt will commence employment as City Manager on May 15, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
that:
The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approves the City Manager
Employment Agreement between the Town and Cody Einfalt attached hereto.
2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the Employment Agreement on behalf of the Town.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
The above and foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of May 2026 by the following vote:
AYES: BHATEJA, TYSON, MOK, SWAN, TANKHA
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
