PLANS GALLERY CONTRACT EXTENSION ADDENDUM
This Contract Extension Addendum (“Addendum”) is entered into by and between Baird Driskell
Abrams Community Planning (DBA Community Planning Collaborative and owner of
ADUAccelerator.com), hereafter referred to as ADU ACCELERATOR, and ___________________
(“JURISDICTION”), and is effective as of ___________________ (“Addendum Effective Date”).
1. BACKGROUND
a. ADU ACCELERATOR and JURISDICTION entered into that certain Plans Gallery Service
Agreement dated ___________________ (“Agreement”).
b. The parties now desire to extend the Agreement for an additional term under the conditions set
forth in this Addendum.
2. EXTENSION OF TERM. The parties agree that the term of the Agreement is extended for an
additional period ending ___________________ (“Extension Term”).
3. RENEWAL FEE. During the Extension Term, JURISDICTION shall pay ADU ACCELERATOR an
annual license fee of $_________ (“Renewal Fee”) per year. ADU ACCELERATOR shall invoice the
Renewal Fee within 30 days of the Addendum Effective Date and JURISDICTION shall pay such
invoice pursuant to the payment terms in the Agreement.
4. SCOPE DURING EXTENSION TERM. During the Extension Term, the Services provided by ADU
ACCELERATOR shall consist of ongoing hosting, routine platform updates, the ability to manage
gallery content (including adding or removing plans and identifying pre -approved plans), and standard
technical support. No onboarding, implementation, customization, or data migration servi ces are
included unless expressly agreed to in writing by the parties.
5. TERMINATION. ADU ACCELERATOR may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ written
notice if continued provision of the ADU Plans Gallery becomes impracticable due to changes in law,
security risks, technical constraints, staffing limitations, or other operational considerations. Fees paid
shall be nonrefundable unless o therwise agreed in writing.
6. NO OTHER CHANGES. Except as expressly modified by this Addendum, all terms of the
Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
