RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING THE LA CRESTA DRIVE SANITARY SEWER REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND NICHOLAS FRENCH,
AND ROGER STROM, TRUSTEE OF STROM FAMILY TRUST
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Mills ("Town") has read and considered that
the La Cresta Drive Sanitary Sewer Reimbursement Agreement ("Agreement") between the Town and
Nicholas French, and Roger Strom, Trustee of Strom Family Trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that:

Public interest and convenience and the promotion of sewer system improvements support the
Town entering into the Agreement described above.
Rection ?
The Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the Agreement, and the City Manager is hereby
authorized on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills
and Nicholas French, and Roger Strom, Trustee of Strom Family Trust.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of June 2026 by the following vote
