APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. I TO THE CITY MANAGER EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND CODY EINFALT
WHEREAS, following a recruitment process, the City Council has selected Cody Einfalt to serve as the
City Manager of the Town of Los Altos Hills; and
WHEREAS, the Town previously entered into an employment agreement with Cody Einfalt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that:
1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approves Amendment No. I to the City
Manager's Employment Agreement between the Town and Cody Einfalt attached hereto.
2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the Amendment No. I to the City Manager's Employment
Agreement on behalf of the Town.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of June 2026 by the following vote:
AYES: BHATEJX TYSON, MOK, SWAN, TANKHA
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
