A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT DEDICATION FROM THE LANDS
OF KRISHNAMURTHY AND MUTHUKRISHNAN LOCATED AT 26540 PURISSIMA
ROAD
WHEREAS, Rajiv Krishnamurthy and Subhashini Muthukrishnan, Trustees of the Iyer Family Trust
("Owner") own the property commonly known as 26540 Purissima Road, Los Altos Hills, California
(APN 182-06-047), which is located between La Paloma Road and Concepcion Road; and
WHEREAS, Site Development Permit (SD25-0026) for a new residence on the property was approved
at the Town's Site Development/Fast Track Public Hearing on October 7, 2025, with reasonable
conditions of approval, including the dedication of public right-of-way easement along Purissima Road
to the Town; and
WHEREAS, attached to this Resolution is the "Offer of Right -of -Way Easement Dedication" (Exhibit
A) for the site development project for roadway right-of-way purposes and incidents thereto; and
WHEREAS, the Town has adopted a General Plan and, pursuant thereto, may require and accept right-
of-way
ight-
ofway dedications on privately owned lands lying within the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town finds the "Offer of Right -of -Way Easement Dedication" to be consistent with the
Town's General Plan and in the best interests of the Town;
WHEREAS, the Owner and the Town recognize that the lands subject to the Offer of Right -of -Way
Easement Dedication are adjacent to an existing public right-of-way and are necessary to create a 30 -foot
half width for the 60 -foot right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED based on the entirety of the record before it, the City
Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby finds that the Project qualifies for the commonsense
exemption outlined in CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3), and does hereby accepts on behalf of the
public, and for the purposes herein described, the "Offer of Right -of -Way Easement Dedication"
attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a City Council meeting held on 20th day of August 2026 by the following vote:
AYES: BHATEJA, TYSON, MOK., SWAN

ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: TANKHA
