A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND DEDICATION AGREEMENT WITH
THE PROPERTY OWNER OF 25386 LA LOMA DRIVE FOR THE LA LOMA DRIVE
SANITARY SEWER FORCE MAIN SLEEVE EXTENSION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Los Altos Hills Municipal Code Section 6-4.446, sewer main facilities may
be extended by an applicant in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the City Engineer;
and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills received an application from the property owner at 25386 La
Loma Drive (APN 336-32-035) for construction ofthe La Loma Drive Sanitary Sewer Force Main Sleeve
Extension at the applicant's sole cost and expense for the benefit of the applicant; and
WHEREAS, the applicant desires to dedicate the La Loma Drive Sanitary Sewer Force Main Sleeve
Extension to the Town upon completion of construction; and
WHEREAS, Town staff prepared the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the proposed
work to ensure that the ownership and maintenance responsibilities of the newly constructed sewer are
transferred to the Town; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the application and plans for the project and recommends
that the Council approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the proposed sewer
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
hereby approve the Sewer Construction and Dedication Agreement for the La Loma Drive Sanitary
Sewer Force Main Sleeve Extension and authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a City Council meeting held on 20th day of August 2026 by the following vote:
