A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION OF PERMIT BLD20-0269
WHEREAS, Adam and Tiana Seiver ("Owner") owns the property commonly known as 27869 Saddle
Court, Los Altos Hills, California; and
WHEREAS, the building permit #BLD20-0269 was issued for a remodel of a single-family
residence on October 11, 2022, with reasonable conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the permit expires on October 11, 2026, as the Town has adopted a Construction Time
Limits Ordinance and, pursuant thereto, sets an expiration date for Building Permits for residential
projects with a valuation over $1,000,001 at thirty-six (36) months; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Construction Time Limits Ordinance, the City Council has the
authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for Building Permits that have expired; and
WHEREAS, the Town generally grants time extensions of one (1) calendar year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City Council ofthe Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
approve on behalf of the Owner, a one (1) year Time Extension of approved Building Permit # BLD20-
0269, subject to the originally adopted conditions, from the date of permit expiration.
The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the Town of Los
Altos Hills at a City Council meeting held on 20th day of August 2026 by the following vote:
AYES: BHATEJA, TYSON, MOK, SWAN
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: TANKHA
