HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 8.4TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS NOTICE OF FAST TRACK PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has set after the hour of 10.30 A M TUESDAY, JUNE 19, 2007 in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: LANDS OF COVELL, 26940 Orchard Hill Lane; File 446-07-ZP-SD- GD; A request for a Site Development Permit for a new 5,012 square foot two story residence with a 1,676 square foot basement, 450 square foot pool, and 135 square foot detached entertainment room (maximum height 25') and the removal of a 15" heritage oak tree to be replaced with two (2) 48" box oaks on the property. CEQA review -Categorical Exemption per Section 15303(a) (Staff -Nicole Horvitz). The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that location upon request. All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place. Written communications should be filed prior to the date of the Hearing. If you challenge the action of the Site Development Hearing, Planning Commission, or the City Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Town at, or prior to, the public hearing.
