There are two issues I had raised re: landscaping screening when the initial construction plan had been approved. One of the town planners had visited my residence and had concurred with my assessment. 1. 11021 is at a higher elevation than my residence. The new residence is openly visible from the west part of my property. There needs to be an appropriate level of fast growing high tree cover along side the existing chain link fence starting from Magdalena Road to where the chain link fence ends. The fast growing foliage needs to grow to 25+ feet high to screen the respective properties from each other. 2. 1 own a 10 feet wide and 234 feet long strip that belongs to and that starts where the chain link fence ends and ends at the north easterly point of 11021 Magdalena. There is only one fence along that strip and that too not at the right location. As part of the screening plan, I would request that a fence and landscape screening be erected along the westerly side of the demarcation line between the two properties. I am happy to discuss these issues in further detail with my neighbour and the town as needed. Regards, Sanjay Uppal
