RESOLUTION No. 25-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AMENDING THE TOWN'S CLASSIFICATION
PLAN AND COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1998-99
WHEREAS, a Compensation and Classification Study, incorporating each
of the Town's job positions,has been completed; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has overseen an analysis of the Town's
personnel needs, together with the results of the study, and recommended an
appropriate wage range for each position; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the recommendations and
desires to set salary schedules and adopt a compensation plan in concurrence with
the recommendations for the benefit of the employees of the Town of Los Altos
Hills, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has also determined that the salary
adjustment for the 1998-99 fiscal year will be based on the CPI as of February
1998,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
does hereby resolve that the salary schedule herein as Appendix "D" is herewith
adopted by the Town of Los Altos Hills.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1998.
