RESOLUTION No. 33-98
A RESOLUTION OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS CONSENTING
TO AN AMENDMENT OF THE BYLAWS AND
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF FRIENDS OF
WESTWIND,INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered the proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the Friends of Westwind,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS,the Council has also read and considered the proposed
amendment to the Articles of Incorporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
does hereby RESOLVE as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10.2 of the Bylaws of the Friends of
Westwind, Inc., the City Council hereby approves the proposed amendments to
the Bylaws of the Board of Friends of Westwind.
Section 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills also hereby approves the proposed
amendments to the Articles of Incorporation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1998.
