RESOLUTION NO. 42-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
WSP TRUCKING CO., INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to maintain
and repair three emergency access roads in the Town, and
WHEREAS, the work consists of the maintenance and repair of an emergency
access road, and is therefore not a"public project" as defined by California statutes, and
WHEREAS, The Town has requested proposals from six qualified contractors
and has received two responsive proposals, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills and WSP Trucking Co., Inc.
mutually desire to enter into an agreement for the maintenance and repair of three
emergency fire access roads for the Town by WSP Trucking Co., Inc., and
WHEREAS, WSP Trucking Co., Inc. has submitted the lowest responsive
proposal to the Town for the maintenance and repair of the three emergency access roads,
NOW THEREFORE,the City Council for the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The agreement submitted by WSP Trucking Co., Inc. is
hereby approved and the City Manager is authorized to sign.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 1998.
