RESOLUTION NO. 50-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE CITY OF LOS ALTOS FOR THE
TELEVISION INSPECTION OF SANITARY SEWERS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills desires to have
television inspection performed on a portion of the sanitary sewer system in the Town of
Los Altos Hills, and
WHEREAS, the City of Los Altos has invited the Town of Los Altos Hills to
participate in a joint project for the television inspection of sanitary sewers within the two
communities, and
WHEREAS, the City of Los Altos has offered to administer the joint project at no
cost to the Town of Los Altos Hills with the Town of Los Altos Hills reimbursing the
City of Los Altos the contract price for the television inspection of those sanitary sewers
located in the Town of Los Altos Hills, and
WHEREAS, The City of Los Altos has received proposals from five qualified
contractors and has awarded the contract to the lowest bidder, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Los Altos Hills and the City of Los Altos wish to
document the responsibilities of the Town of Los Altos Hills and the City of Los Altos
with regards to the joint project,
NOW THEREFORE,the City Council for the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the City
of Los Altos for the television inspection of sanitary sewers is hereby approved and the
City Manager is authorized to sign.
