RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
EXTENDING THE TENTATIVE MAP FOR LANDS OF ROGEZ
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Altos Hills ("Town") approved a tentative map for
Lands of Rogez("Rogez") located at 25561 Fremont Road on August 21, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision Map Act allows two years for a subdivider to file the
Final Map for recordation with the local agency after the date of the tentative map
approval; and
WHEREAS, the Town's Municipal Code provides that a subdivider may file a
request for an extension of the tentative map to the City Council for up to a maximum of
eighteen months; and
WHEREAS, the Rogez's have nearly completed the preparation of their Final
Parcel Map and have also substantially completed their subdivision improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE that the tentative map deadline for the filing of their Parcel Map for
recordation for the Lands of Rogez at 25561 Fremont Road is hereby extended for three
months to a new deadline of November 20, 1998.
