RESOLUTION NO. 87-98
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO
THE CLEVENGER(MICKO) SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills approved a parcel
map for Lands of Micko on December 4, 1996, which parcel map was recorded at Book
685 of Maps, pages 23 and 24, in the Official Records of Santa Clara County; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to approval of the Map, the Town and Dan and Dana
Clevenger, ("Owners") entered into a Subdivision Improvement Agreement whereby the
Owners agreed to construct certain improvements; and -
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected and found substantially complete
the improvements constructed pursuant to the Subdivision Improvement Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The improvements described in the Subdivision Improvement
Agreement entered into between the Town and the Owners are hereby accepted as
complete.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to release 90% of Owners'
surety. The remaining 10% of Owners' surety may be released after the 2 year warranty
period upon the approval of the City Engineer.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of October, 1998.
