The Regular fleeting of the Flanning Commission of the Town of
Los Altos Hills was called to order by Chairman Don T. `Iibner, at
?:45 F. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road., Los Altos =fills,

2. Towle, Richard '' addressed tc City Council and Tlanning
Commission, regarding Ordinance No. 49, relating to excavations
and deposits of soil.
Chairman Hibner informed lir. Towle as far as he knew there had
been no deviations to this Ordinance and that the City En;'-. ineer
was or?tching this matter very closely. Further, that the Town
has adopted Ordinance No. 112 (requiring a preliminary soils
report of subdivisions) and asks -d that Nr. Towle show a
s*,ecific instance. Nr. Towle commented his letter called
attention to this matter in a general way so in the future more
care mi,'at be taken, however, he could point out a specific
condition existin" on Aric Lane, adjacent to his property.
