Further, that the Town has adopted Ordinance No. 112 (requiring a preliminary soils report of subdivisions) and asks -d that Nr. Towle show a s*,ecific instance. Nr. Towle commented his letter called attention to this matter in a general way so in the future more care mi,'at be taken, however, he could point out a specific condition existin" on Aric Lane, adjacent to his property.
