In order to arrive at a firm recommendation, Chairman Hibner reinspected the above property and submitted a contour map showing the best possible house site and three possible means of access for lot -��5. This map reflected g�aOes of 280' for the patoma Road access, 2504 for the drivewa:y from the private road, and a 150� grede from Black Fountain Road. In view of the 7rades and safety hazard (which is not special in this case), Chairman Hibner concluded the only logical access would be from Black 1",ountain Road, ono that Nr. Stone's 40 objections could be resolved by channeling the water with gutters along the driveway pavement.
