Chairman Hibner reported that Dr. D. Cleric
(BS, 30-66) has ir3icated that the Minutes
of 9/12/66 reflected a risunderstanding of
his intentions regarding future subdivision.
VOTE: Passed unanimously.

Commissioner Benson, Los ',ltos Hills representative, presented
n oral report of the Mid-Teninsula Foothills -lar_ning Com-
c�i-'tee and announced its next regularly scheduled monthly
.eeting on October 60, 7:45 F. M., at the Palo !,lto City ;Tall,
in the Faloj�lto City Council Chamber. Since its recommendation
has boon to form a park district., Commissioner Benson urged th;:
?',arming Commissioners to attend and hear the guost weaker,

Regional Fark District.

only logical place for a pool. There were no objections
from surrounding Property owners.

Since Commissioner ',shby brought out 'tha fact the abova map
had been roturnad by the Staff to the applicant for inclusion
of a site location map, Conmiss9-oner Hawley suggested as an
alternative to the site location map that copies of a Los
11t3s hills -aap as published in the Town Crier bo made avail-
able: to all applicants at r modest cost and star.led to the
plot plan with the site mcrked with an arrow. The City Clerk
was requested to explore this possibility.
