HomeMy WebLinkAbout94-98 . . • • • • RESOLUTION NO. 94-98 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT ON LANDS OF ROGEZ WHEREAS, DIDIER J. ROGEZ AND ISABELLE J. ROGEZ,husband and wife, as joint tenants, ("Rogez")have offered to dedicate an easement to the Town on the Lands of Rogez; and II WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered that dedication of storm drain easement; and Il Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does THEREFORE,the City oun z RESOLVE as follows: 1. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts the dedication of storm drain easement on behalf of the public. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the dedication of storm drain easement. 3. This resolution supersedes and replaced Resolution#63-97 adopted by the City Council on August 20, 1997.
