RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING
GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
ON LANDS OF BOISSIERE AND LOCKER
WHEREAS, Lionel P. Boissiere, Jr. and Nina F. Locker,
("Owners") have offered to dedicate an ease mentto the Town on the_ _. __ __-
Lands of Boissiere and Locker; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town has read and considered
that Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement .
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as
follows :
1 . The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby accepts
the Grant of Sanitary Sewer Easement on behalf of the public.
2 . The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and t•he Mayor is
hereby authorized and directed to execute the Grant of Sanitary
Sewer Easement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November , 1998 .

GRANT OF SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
Lionel P. Boissiere, Jr. and Nina F. Locker, (collectively
"Owners") of 12248 Via Arline, Los Altos Hills, California, do
hereby grant to the Town of Los Altos Hills, a general law city of
the State of California, a perpetual right and nonexclusive
easement for sanitary sewer purposes, together with a right . of
access thereto, on, under, over, and along the real property
situated in the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, described more fully as follows :
See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
The above-mentioned easement shall remain open and free from
all structures and improvements .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Owners have executed this instrument .

A.20 foot wide Sanitary SewerEasement, situate in the:Town of Los Altos
Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, being.a portion of Lot 3, as
delineated upon.that certain Map entitled,Tract Na 7614", which Map was
filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of-the County of Santa Clara,
State of California, on August 7th, 1987, in Book 577 of Maps, at Pages 6
and 7, said 20 foot easement lying 10 feet distant on both sides of the
. herein described centerline;
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 3; thence from said Point
S
of Beginning along the Southerly line of said Lot 3, South 53° 36' 56" West
204.06 feet to the True Point of Beginning of the herein described
centerline;
Thence from said True Point of Beginning; North 41°03 '14" West 167.56
feet to a point on the Northerly line of said Lot 3, said point being distant I.
South 53° 36' 56" West 218.00 feet from the most Easterily common corner
of Lots 3 and 2 as shown on aforementioned map, said point being the
terminus of herein described centerline.
The sidelines of-said 20 foot easement to, lengthen or diorten to meet the
Southerly and Northerly property lines of said Lot 3.
