7 TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
MINUTES O; A SPECIAL MEETING
December 15, 1969
Chairman We. A. Perkins called the Special Meeting of the Planning Commission
of the Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:15 P. M. at the Town Hall,
26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California. The following members
answered roll call: Presents Commissioners Dawson, Hibner, Lachenbruch,
McReynolds, Weisbart, and Chairman Perkins. Absents Commissioner Minckley.
DIVISIONS OF LAND: Tentative Mao:
PARKSIDE ESTATES, UNIT #1 - Relocation of lot line, Lot #14, Tract #4657.
Staff report was presented noting the variance application of Dr. M. R.
Heinrich for 121 reduction in side setback for residence had been denied and
a Tentative Map relocating the side lot line 141, so as to not require a
variance, had been submitted.
A Check List was prepared, with the following additional conditions:
1) Conditional Exception be approved to Sections 4:40, 4:45 and 4:50 of
Ordinance No. 69 to allow waiver of ten (10) day notice requirement.
2) Parcel Map be allowed to be filed in lieu of a Final Map.
Alp 3) No grant of special privilege implied for lot design or any other factors
pertaining to the remaining acreage in the Parkside Subdivision.
MDTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Commissioner Hibner moved, seconded by Dawson
and carried unanimously, that the CommJkssion recommend approval of the
Tentative Map (362-69), relocating lot line for Lot #14, Tract #4657, of
Parkside Estates Unit #1, subject to the conditions of the Check List.
Commission concurred the following items should be placed on the December 22nd
Study Session Agenda:
1) Pathway policies and priorities.
2) Review of Site Development Ordinance No. 133.
3) Review of low cost housing proposed for Stanford property.
4) Consideration of per lot in lieu payments for subdivision improvements.
There being no further business to come before the Planning Commission,
Chairman Perkins adjourned the meeting at 7:38 P. M. to:

NEXT REGULAR MEETING: Monday, January 12, 1969, at 7:45 P. M., Town Hall.
