USE PERMITS:
1. LONG, DONALD D. (UP -354-71) - Request for Use Permit for boarding
stable at 25720 Altamont Road (Altamont Stables), in accordance
with Ord. No. 179. Continued from July 12, 1971 meeting.
2. FREMONT HILLS COUNTRY CLUB (UP -353-71) - Amending V-20-57 by re-
questing two a drtional tennis courts. Continued from June 28, 1971
meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Consider Rezoning Surplus Lands along Interstate 280 to Open Space
2. Request for permission to bypass the Preliminary and Tentative Map
procedures and submit only a Parcel Map to transfer four small
strips of land to adjacent owners, per Section 4:15 of Ord. #180 -
Dan Dana (Rhus Ridge Ranchos).
3. Request for permission to bypass the Preliminary and Tentative Map
procedures and submit only a Parcel Map to transfer one piece of
land to an adjacent owner, per Section 4:15 of Ord. #180 -
