1. Finalize work on Chapter 6.5 of the Government Code.
2. Public Hearing on proposed amendment to Town Zoning Ordinance No. 78
re: allowable height of antennas.
3. Request for Variance to reduce front setback from 40' to 13' for a
pool and 25' for a tennis court. Applicant: Kenneth Elvin, Rhus
Ridge Road (V-358-71).
4. Request for abandonment of certain pathway easements in Rosehill
Estates Unit #1 (continued from last meeting).
5. Consider request for our participation in the "Mid -Peninsula Planning
6. Adopt statement re: The Williamson Act and the Town's General Plan.
