A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AND
TBI CONSTRUCTION & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills wishes to enter
into an agreement with TBI Construction & Construction Management, Inc. to provide
construction management services for the new Town Hall project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered this services agreement
between the Town and TBI Construction & Construction Management, Inc and finds the
public interest and convenience of its residents are best served by entering into the
agreement described above.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby
approves the Agreement and authorizes the Mayor on behalf of the Town to execute
same.
