A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ADOPTING FEES FOR PARKING AND SOLICITATION PERMITS
WHEREAS, on February 19, 2004, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 432
pertaining to preferential parking districts, and on March 4, 2004, Council approved
Ordinance No. 433 pertaining to soliciting and peddling, and
WHEREAS, the fees for parking and solicitation permits is to be established by Council
Resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
approve and adopt the following fees for parking and solicitation permits:
Parking permits: One-time fee of$25.00 for a single permit at a residence; one time
fee of$10.00 for each additional permit at the same residence.
Permits are not transferable to new owner when property changes
title.
Guest permit: $25.00 annual fee. Permit issued for a calendar year and prorated
for the months remaining in the year when permit is issued.
Replacement permit: $25.00 per parking or guest permit.
Daily guest permits: $1.00 per permit, with a minimum fee of$10.00.
Realtor permits: Daily fee of$1.00 per permit, with a minimum fee of$10.00.
Solicitation permit: $25.00 fee per application plus applicable business license and
Fingerprinting fees.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the fees listed above will become effective upon approval
of this Resolution.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2004.
