RESOLUTION NO. 18-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF AN APPLICATION WITH THE
SANTA CLARA VALLEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR ALLOCATION
OF LOCAL STREETS AND COUNTY ROADS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Federal Surface Transportation Proram (STP), Congestion Mitigation
and Air Quality (CMAQ) and State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) funds provide
grants funds for Santa Clara County Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) Local Streets and
County Roads (LS & CR)Program, and
WHEREAS, (VTA) has requested applications for the Local Streets and County Roads
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ALSO RESOLVED, that the following project is submitted
to the VTA for inclusion in the Local Streets and County Roads Program effort and that the Town
of Los Altos Hills is committed for future local matching funds for these projects:

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills at a meeting thereof held on the 1st day of April 2004,
by the following vote:
AYES: Mayor Cheng, Mayor Pro Tem O'Malley, Councilmember Fenwick
and Councilmember Warshawsky
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Kerr •
