A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH DU-ALL SAFETY FOR THE 2004 - 2005 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, state and federal regulations require that employers of over ten personnel
have a written safety program, including safety training, monitoring, and inspections; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered
that certain Agreement between the Town and Du-All Safety;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
authorize the City Manager on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the
Town and Los Altos Hills and DU-ALL Safety.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 2004.
