A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH MATRIX CONSULTING GROUP
FOR A TRAFFIC IMPACT FEE STUDY
WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has noted that refuse and
construction vehicles contribute to deterioration of Town roadways; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that the impact of such traffic be studied so that the
source of damage be identified and the amount quantified and recovered; and
WHEREAS, Matrix Consulting Group has submitted a proposal to perform such a traffic
impact study; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered that certain Agreement between the
Town and Matrix Consulting Group;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
1.) authorize the City Manager on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the
Town and Matrix Consulting Group and 2.) approve an appropriation for the traffic impact
study as scheduled in the attached Budget Adjustment #2005 - 01.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 2004.
