A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Information and Technology Division of the City of Palo Alto has
provided the Town with information technology services and consultation for the past
two years in a responsive, reliable and cost-effective manner; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered
that certain Agreement between the Town and the City of Palo Alto for information
technology support services for fiscal year 2004- 2005;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
authorize the City Manager on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the
Town of Los Altos Hills and the City of Palo Alto.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 2004.
