A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS BILLS
AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW TOWN HALL
PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Construction Manager did receive bids in full compliance with the Public
Contract Code for the scopes of work listed below associated with the New Town Hall project.
WHEREAS, the Construction Manager for the Town of Los Altos Hills recommends that the
contracts for said project be awarded to the lowest responsible bidders as listed below;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills
that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the awarded contracts to the
specified firms on behalf of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
