A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW TOWN HALL PROJECT
WHEREAS,the Construction Manager did receive bids in full compliance with the Public Contract Code
for the scopes of work listed below associated with the New Town Hall project.
WHEREAS, the Construction Manager did solicit and receive multiple proposals from qualified vendors
for building code required special inspection&testing services.
WHEREAS, the Construction Manager did solicit extra services from consultants currently under
contract for professional services associated with the construction of the New Town Hall.
WHEREAS, the Construction Manager for the Town of Los Altos Hills recommends that the
construction contract, vendor agreement and additional services proposals for said project be awarded as
summarized below;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the awarded contracts to the specified firms on behalf
of the Town of Los Altos Hills.
