RESOLUTION NO. 53-04
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS.ALTOS HILLS
AUTHORIZING WAIVER OF ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FEES ASSOCIATED WITH
CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY'S FIRE PROTECTION AND WATER
SERVICE RELIABILITY PROJECT SCHEDULED FOR CONSTRUCTION THIS YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and
considered the California Water Service Company's request for encroachment permit
fee waiver associated with their Fire Protection and Water Service Reliability Project
Scheduled for Construction this year;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the Town of Los Altos Hills to
approve this encroachment permit fee partial waiver as directed by Council; and
2. Direct issuance of a 50% reduced cost encroachment permit for this
project.
