A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH PITNEY BOWES FOR
PURCHASE OF A PITNEY BOWES DM500 MAIL MACHINE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has approved the purchase
of a postage machine;
AND WHEREAS, Pitney Bowes has submitted a proposal for purchase of a postage
machine which will meet the needs of the Town;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
authorize the City Manager on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the
Town and Pitney Bowes.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 2004.
