RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, LANDS OF HUANG
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined the proposed Final Subdivision
Map entitled; BEING A PORTION OF LOT 52 AS SHOWN ON THAT CERTAIN
MAP ENTITLED "MAP OF THE SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2 AND PART OF LOT 1 OF
THE TAAFFE PARTITION IN THE RANCHO LA PURISSIMA CONCEPTION AS
RECORDED IN BOOK `B" OF MAPS, PAGES 118 AND 119, RECORDS OF SANTA
CLARA COUNTY", WHICH WAS FILED FOR RECORD IN BOOK "H' OF MAPS,
AT PAGES 75-77, IN SANTA CLARA COUNTY RECORDS. THIS SUBDIVISION
BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THAT CERTAIN RECORD OF SURVEY WHICH WAS
FILED FOR RECORD IN BOOK 739 OF MAPS, AT PAGE 8, SANTA CLARA
COUNTY RECORDS. LYING ENTIRELY WITHIN THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS
HILLS, SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, and has determined that the said
Map is in conformity with the approved tentative map for said map, the requirements of
Chapter 1 entitled "Subdivisions" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code and
the Subdivision Map Act; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does
RESOLVE as follow:
The City Council of the Town hereby approves the above-described Final
Subdivision Map and accepts on behalf of the public, all streets and
easements offered for dedication to public use in conformity with the
terms of the dedication offer designated on the Map.
