RESOLUTION NO 66-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ORDERING THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN WORK
WHEREAS, the City Engineer/Public Works Director of the Town of Los Altos Hills did
duly examine and consider all proposals submitted to it for professional service work of
2004 Sanitary Sewer Cleaning&Video Inspection; and
WHEREAS,the City Engineer/Public Works Director recommends that the professional
service for said work be awarded to the firm with the lowest price,Able Underground
Construction, for the amount of$46,080.00:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos
Hills that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the awarded
professional service work to the above-named firm on behalf of the Town of Los Altos
Hills.
