A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ADOPTING ROADWAY IMPACT FEES
WHEREAS, on October 7, 2004, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 436
pertaining to Roadway Impact Fees, and
WHEREAS,roadway impact fees are to be established by Council Resolution,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
approve and adopt the following roadway impact fees:
• For all building permit valuations equal to or greater than $10,000: .63% of the
building permit valuation
• For each refuse account: $3.04 per month
FURTHER RESOLVED that the fees listed above will become effective upon approval
of this Resolution.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 2004.
