RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
ACCEPTING THE ADOBE CREEK UPPER REACH 5
RESTORATION PROJECT COLLABORATIVE PRINCIPLES
WHEREAS,the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered
the Adobe Creek Upper Reach 5 Restoration Project Collaborative and Principles;
NOW, THEREFORE,the City Council of the Town does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That the Public interest and convenience require the Town of Los Altos Hills to
accept the Adobe Creek Upper Reach 5 Restoration Project Collaborative
Principles as presented; and
2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute the Principles on behalf of the
Town of Los Altos Hills.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November,2004.
