A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
COLLECTION SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE SERVICE
FOR THE 2005 FISCAL YEAR SEWER PREVENTIVE
& EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered
that certain Agreement between the Town and Collection Systems Maintenance Service;
NOW THERFORE, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills does hereby
authorize the City Manager on behalf of the Town to execute the Agreement between the
Town of Los Altos Hills and Collection Systems Maintenance Service for the 2005 fiscal
year.
REGULARLY PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4'11 day of November, 2004.
